SCABVENT LOTION contains Permethrin which belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-parasitic agents. It is indicated for the treatment of scabies, pediculosis (lice) and crab louse infections. Scabies is a condition that cause itchy skin caused by a tiny burrowing mite called Sarcoptes scabiei.

Use in adults aged 18 and above · To treat heartburn caused by gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD): · To treat ulcers caused by Helicobacter pylori infection .

This medicine can cause dizziness and sleepiness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking this medicine as it can worsen your sleepiness. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
